There is a $12.00 minimum on orders (does not include shipping) that need to be shipped.
PRALINES ARE PERISHABLE!!!!Due to extreme heat during the months of June - September it is recommended that you choose FedEx Next Day Air ( this will incur a FedEX rate).
We will not be responsible for pralines that perish in transit if another shipping option is chosen.
PLEASE NOTE: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and FedEx Express Saver (3 day option) refers to next "business day", 2nd "business day" and 3rd "business day".
Orders are prepared as they are received in queue. Orders are normally shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipment of product(s) during or around holidays. Priority Mail is offered to countries outside the USA, ALL shipments may be subject to delays due to customs inspections enforced by the country of destination. These packages may not be delivered in a timely manner.
Please be sure that ALL shipping information is correct and package can be received at the destination address. Because the item you are shipping is a perishable food item, it cannot be returned to stock for resale, therefore refunds will not be giving on packages that are returned as "undeliverable" or "refused."
